Microblading (Also known as Micropigmentation/Microfeathering) is a manual skill.
The shape of the eyebrows is calculated according to the golden ratio (1.618) using a special tool and face morphology. A pigment is then chosen to match the natural hair or eyebrows’ colour. This is then passed into the channels created by the micro blades on the surface layer of the dermis. Colour can be extremely dark during the first 5 to 7 days, 7 days later it loses 40% to 50% of its intensity. Your new eyebrows will be fully healed after 30 days and this is when we perform an obligatory addition of the pigment that has been lost as we expect between 10% and 15% of drawn strokes to disappear after the first treatment.
After this, the average expected time until new colour refreshment is needed is between 6 and 18 months. This time can depend on varying factors including skin type, age, lifestyle, skin routine, sun exposure and post treatment care.

POST TREATMENT CARE: How to look after your new Diamond brows

AFTERCARE
To ensure your new microbladed brows heal as they should, follow the post treatment care for best results.
30 minutes after the treatment, rinse the eyebrows with neutral soap (perfume free). Remove all the lymph and previously applied cream by doing so. After that, apply a very thin layer of skin candy provided.Repeat this procedure 5 times during the day.
Throughout the next 7 days, maintain facial hygiene and apply the skin candy after washing your face or having a shower.Skin Candy can be used on all skin types, due to its natural active components that regulate oiling.What to avoid during the first 7 days:avoid all creams/ products except for skin candy. Avoid all makeup (foundation, brow pencils etc.) in the eyebrow area. Avoid workouts that involve a lot of sweating, sauna, facial massage and steaming.
In the next 30 days:avoid Sunbathing (solarium), light therapies, facial peels, microdermabrasion’s, creams that contain regeneration factors, laser treatments over the treated area (fraxel. Laser, ipl) because they can destroy the pigment and cause burns. Use of antibiotics and hormone therapy can lead to a faster pigment fading. Always protect the brows from the sun with spf’s (not during the first 7 days)

Sterile microblade penetrates the superficial layer of the dermis. It consists of a series of needles that release the pigment into the skin using the space between them.
Pigments are of synthetic-organic origin and they do not contain heavy metals.

Basic content of pigments is the following:
Black pigment: CI 7726, Yellow pigment: CI 11767, Red pigment: CI 56110
PVP glycerin propylene glycol Hamamelis virginiana isopropil palmitato
During the treatment the anaesthetic is most commonly used in the way that it is applied onto the skin before or during the treatment.
The pigment is removed during the treatment by physiological solution, distilled water, micellar water or by a nano solution.
In the post-treatment process vaseline, b-pantenol or medical silicone can be applied on the skin.
